This is how the Slide Rider membership works...

Download the registration form, and fill it out you’ll have two choices

1st Choice
One year Slide Rider membership entitles card holder 10 and younger to eat for free off the kids menu with purchase of an adult entrée. And an additional 50% off unaccompanied members 10 and younger.

2nd Choice
One year Slide Rider membership entitles card holder 10 and younger to eat for free off the kids menu  with purchase of an adult entrée. And an additional 50% off unaccompanied members 10 and younger. And a Slide Rider T-Shirt make sure y’all mark your size. 

Once everything has been filled out make a check payable to Rustler’s Rooste and send it to:

Or you can stop by the Rooste and purchase your membership.

As soon as Cookie receives your registration form he’ll mail out your very own Slide Rider Club card.
